WIP - Traveling Wizard Character Design

Work in progress - character design for a traveling wizard, based on a prompt for the "One Week Character" challenge by PAINTABLE.

Provided character description:
"As an intrepid explorer, the wizard is a shining beacon- a prime example displaying the virtues of wisdom and daring. His journey is fueled by an insatiable thirst for knowledge, and a relentless pursuit of arcane mysteries that lie beyond the horizon. Others may first identify him by his unusual attire- a patchwork of textures and flowing fabrics that blend elements of brass and golden metal, supple leather, anddelicate feathers. This striking ensemble catches the eye of fellow travelers and curious onlookers alike, making him a standout figure in any scene.
His gray beard, long and scruffy from both age and endless trials, tells tales of wisdom gained through years of study and exploration- both of long nights spent on the road, or between the pages of mysterious tomes, lit only by candlelight.
Facing challenge upon challenge with unwavering courage and resolve, he wields his staff and sword with the skill honed through years of practice. Every step he takes is a defiance to his age, and an ode towards his unwavering dedication to uncovering the universe’s secrets."
